Create a workflow mode display
Assign a grid to a step In Milliman Mind
To assign one or many grids to a step in Milliman Mind, click on the Manage flags tab, then choose Steps flags from the selector.

You only have to select which grid you want to assign to each step, then click on the Save flags button in the top left corner.
Switch to Workflow mode

Then, if you have created steps beforehand, click on Workflow button.

The top navigation bar will then change to Workflow mode, giving you access to the steps you have created. Just click on a step to open it and navigate into it like in an app.

Grids displayed in Workflow are identical to classic mode, which means unlike dashboard you can edit assumptions, add distributions, change the format, ...
Please note also that spread selected loop mode is always on into Workflow mode.
Add a chart/dashboard to a step
If you have created a chart in Classic mode, you can easily add it to a step. Just click on Add Charts button in the top-right corner, then select the chart you want to add.
Hide partially some grids with /Collapse
Collapsable grids will be by default mostly hidden (only 3 rows of the grid will be displayed). You will find a button at the right of the grid to Open/Close each of these grids and displays their full content.

This feature is only available in workflow mode: follow this link to know more about workflow mode creation.
Setup Collapse flag directly on your Excel model
In your Excel model, you can directly enter the flag in the title of grids which are preceded by “#”. You just have to add “/Collapse” at the end of the cell.

Apply or edit the collapse flag directly on Mind
If you want to apply the collapse flag directly in Mind, click on “Project Management” in the left navigation bar in the main menu, and then click on the “Manage flags” window. Select “Display flags” on the dropdown list and check grids concerned by the collapse behavior (/Collapse flag).
Collapsable groups
If you want a group of grids to be collapsable, just add /Collapse flag (in Excel or Mind) on at least one grid that is in the group.
Choose if you enable more than one collapse grid at the time
If you open one grid, it would close the other one already opened by default.
If you want to have more than one grid opened, you can activate the “Enable Multiple collapsed grids” mode located in Run settings at the bottom of the page.
