Create a project
Please note that you need to have the following right to access this feature:
Project creation
To create a project, you must have been granted access to an application (Milliman Mind Platform, an app, or an internal app) by your administrator, while having the correct set of rights and licenses.
This will display a + button on the left of your project manager.
Navigate through apps
When the app collection sidebar appears, you can choose between the categories of app you have access to.
Just click on the title of the sidebar to display a dropdown and select the collection of apps you want to browse.
Create a project
To create a project, you can either:
- Double click on the App you want to use (new behavior).
- Drag and drop the app box you want to use into the dropzone of the project group (old behavior).
It will display a creation popup where you will give your project a name and a start/end date. If you have chosen an app or an internal app, you can also choose the version of the app you want to use.
To finish the process just click on the Create button.
Access the newly created project
To access the project you've just created, click on the project box and this will open a new tab with your project.
Create a folder

How to create and access a folder
To create a folder, click on the Create folder button.
A black selection bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Choose which projects will be inside your folder, and click on Add X projects on the bottom bar to create your folder. You will be asked for the name of your folder.
Folders will be displayed in charcoal while projects are in white in the project manager.
To open a folder, just click on it. You will be able to create a project directly into a folder.
To leave a folder, you can press the Escape key or click on Leave this folder on the upper left of the projects.
Add or remove projects from a folder
Add to an existing folder
To add new projects inside a folder, flip the folder tile by clicking on the three dots on the right of your folder and clicking on the Add projects to folder button.
Remove from an existing folder
To take off a project from a folder, flip the project tile by clicking on the three dots on the right of your folder and clicking on the Take off from folder button.
