Select the projects

To select several projects at the same time, you can Right-click on a project > Select Project or click on this button:

Then select the projects on which you want to proceed bulk-actions:

Duplicate or Delete

Once you've selected your projects, simply click on the Duplicate or the Delete button on the bottom bar:
