How to manage my company's profiles in addition to the default ones?

Milliman Mind administration allows you to create custom profiles for your users. To access this panel go to “Accounts” > “Profiles”.

By default, three profiles (for each kind of license) exist and cannot be deleted. These sets of actions define what a user can do or not do in Milliman Mind.

Create a new custom profile

To create a new custom profile, click on “Add Profile +” blue button. You will be redirected to a new window.

Give your profile a name. Then, Drag and drop each right you want to assign from the “Rights available” column to the “Rights assigned” column. You can drag more than one item at a time by clicking on the checkbox at the right of each item.

You can see that at the right of each right is written its minimum license level: it is the license level your user must have at least to be able to get this role assigned to him. Your global profile license level will be the highest license level within the assigned rights.

When your role is ready, just click on “Add new profile”.

Edit a profile

When you click on a non-default profile from the list, you will be able to edit which rights are assigned but note that the global license level cannot be modified after the creation of the role.
