To access Milliman Mind, you must be granted access by your administrator.
You will receive your credentials either by mail or from your administrator.

Enter my email address

The first step is to enter your email address in the mail field and click the Continue button.

Enter my password

Depending on whether your company enabled external IDP / SSO or not, you have two different ways to log in to Milliman Mind:

Milliman Mind credentials

Enter your password

If your company does not have a public Identity system, or if your administrator chooses not to connect it to Milliman Mind, you will need to use a specific set of credentials for Milliman Mind.

These credentials will be sent to your email by our system. You will then need to type your password in the password field and click on Continue.

Change my password at the first login

After your first login, you will only be asked to define a new password if you use specific Mind credentials.

This password must be strong enough, fitting each of these criteria:

  • Contains at least eight characters
  • Includes an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit, a special character
  • It may not be too easy to guess

Type it twice, then click on Continue. You are now granted access to Milliman Mind.

Single Sign-On

Enter your IDP password / Use SSO

If your IT department agrees with Milliman to connect your ID provider, you will be redirected to your own company credentials request page.

You will then need to enter your primary company password (usually the same password you use to connect to your computer or your emails).

Please note that at NO moment will Milliman be aware of this password: All the processes are handled by your IT, and we receive only a GO/NO GO from your identity system.

Milliman Mind also supports SSO (Single Sign-On): this feature allows you not to enter your password again when you are already on a secured device (for example a computer from your domain).

If MFA is activated for your account, you will need an extra step to access Milliman Mind.

You can look at this article for more information: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)‍

Log out of the application

If you are turning off your computer, we highly recommend you log out of your account.

This will prevent unauthorized accounts from your projects and allow you to access your account securely on another computer or tablet/smartphone.

Close every window of Milliman Mind, then back on the project manager, and click on the log-out button on the top right corner of the screen.
