Application new features

• New interface
  Milliman Mind v3 introduces new interface with both functional and design changes. This redesign aims at helping small screens use and improving productivity for users.
• Switch between left and top action bars. From now on, you will find :
  On the left bar : Actions. It is what was earlier on the top bar, with access to model management, settings, audit trail, run button, ...
  On the top bar: Models. You will get access to all your uploaded models at the same time without having to switch between them. Just click on a model name to display a dropdown with list of sheets and tabs. Charts and dashboards are also displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
• New design
  We have switch to a darker theme for eyes comfort and reduced the overall size of elements to fit better on small screens.
• Input manager
  Input manager is now integrated in Milliman Mind and not inside the project manager. If you upload a file with /Inputs a new button input manager will appear at the left of your models list.
• Real time server use
  Hovering the name of the project with the cursor will give you real time information about the CPU and Memory use of your session.
• Keep session alive for 24 hours
  Usual behavior of Milliman Mind is to kill the session after 3 minutes without an open web browser on the project. Unfortunately it could occur during a run if computer is going in sleep mode.
  You can now go to Settings -> Click on Enable to keep my session active.
  Then your session will be kept alive for 24 hours, giving you possibility to come back to your project after your computer goes to sleep. Please note than you should not close the open tab with Milliman Mind project.
• Spread loops
  A new setting is giving you possibility to automatically spread the selected loop to all the open windows.
• New Workflow mode
  A new way to visualize data in Milliman Mind is introduced with version 3, the workflow mode. Please read below to get more information.
• Flags manager
  When you open Management of models, you can edit grids' flags easily with a new interface. You can add easily modeling, resize, steps flags that will be added to your Excel tables.
• Display of all dimensions
  Right clicking on a bold cell gives new option to display all dimensions for this cell.

Workflow mode

New display mode gives you possibility to create logic steps with a selection of grids and charts from one model or more.

These steps can be flagged to grids from flags manager or Excel file, then you will be able to design screens using a grid system to get your model looks like an app.

If you are building an app from a project with workflow, it will automatically switch to workflow mode and disable classic mode.

Project manager changes

Input manager is not anymore integrated inside project manager but directly inside projects.

Administration changes

Administrators can now monitor open sessions of their company with:

• Name of the user
• Name of the project
• Process priority, RAM and CPU use

They have possibility to remotely kill a session if it is not used or to reallocate ressources.

Architecture changes

Besides new features and interface changes, Milliman Mind v3 bring a way more powerful, reliable, stable and modern architecture with use of latest front and back-end technologies and better ressources management system.

Theses changes makes Milliman Mind be even more ahead of his time, with stronger foundations and new powerful features.
