We offer possibility to companies to buy a specific option called App Builder that will allow you to create your own Internal apps.

Internal apps are pre-packaged Milliman Mind apps with models and settings you have selected when creating the app.

You will see these apps inside your available licenses and will be able to assign them users rights.

Your users will be able to create projects from these apps without possibility to open the model manager panel or upload new models inside.

How te create an Internal app?

First be sure that the AppBuilder option is activated in your company.

Then go to Tools in the administration, and click on AppBuilder button.
Click on Create new app on the top-right corner to create a new app.

You will be asked for:

• The app name

• A subtitle displayed in the project manager

• An author

• A description

Then select the version of your app. Please note that you will be able to increase this version number with former updates of your app.

You can also select a collection in which your app will belong to.

Finally, select the source project that will be used as a model to create your app:

• Select first the project group of your project

• Then select the project by itself

Finally click on Create new app button.

Assign a license to user

You can then assign users to this app license, as you would do for a classic Milliman Mind license.

Manage internal app versions

When you edit an app, you can just change information like name, description but also edit the source project.

You will be asked then if you want to create a new version of your app, or just update the existing one.

App collections

You can group your apps into app collections for better display in the project manager. Apps in a collection will have their own option in the apps dropdown list.

Just click on Collections switch button on the top of the list of your apps, then Create new collection.

Add the list of apps that will be in your collection, then click on Create new collection.
