This issue is usually related to loop calculation.

The most frequently encountered situations are:

• MM_RESULT function that calls a loop that was never created
• MM_LOOPLABELS function that calls a loop that was never created
• Anything else that references a loop that was never created
• Loop size depending on another loop
• Never resizing loop or grid
• SetSize of a SetSize
