We released on 18th of May the version 2.0 of Milliman Mind, introducing several big new features and changes that we will describe in this document.

New licenses levels

We are introducing with version 2.0 of Milliman Mind a lighter version that will bring features of secured login and project manager, administration and user rights, import of one dimension models and full audit trail and team-work capabilities.

To add multidimensional features to run models and sensitivity analysis, goal seeks and powerful multithread engine, it will now require Milliman Mind+.

Please note that every Milliman license are upgraded for free to Milliman Mind+ with this new version.

Project manager changes

We introduce a new login page with new security features (when creating a new account, password must be reset by user).

Brand new project manager with:

• Possibility to navigate through several companies if you have been granted access.
• New design.
• New Apps sidebar, displaying apps you have access to by category. 
• At first launch of the new project manager, we offer a start tour to introduce changes in the interface.

Administration changes

Administration is now in version 2 with new features and more accessible design:

New interface, still accessible from the project manager, but with possibility to manage more than one company.

Dashboard page displaying quick overview of your licenses, your project groups and your tools

License overview with possibility to assign them to users directly in this screen.

User management with:

• Possibility to assign licenses, project groups and role directly at the creation.
• Possibility to import more than one user at the time with CSV file.
• Custom roles for each users: Milliman Mind now offers possibility to define specific set of rights to a user or a group of users.
• Possibility to add to your company a user that also belongs to another one.

Groups management: add easily a project group, define users' rights all in one screen.

Tools:

• Custom formulas edition
• Indicators (risk measures)
• If you have the specific option, the new App Builder feature to create your own apps.

All events happening in Milliman Mind administration are now logged in the Log screen.

Milliman Mind main app changes

Support for both Milliman Mind and Milliman Mind+ licenses and projects.
We also fixed various bugs and improved stability of the software.
