By default, you will be redirected to the “Environments” panel when you open the administration panel.

This panel is also accessible by clicking on “Subscription” > “Environments”.

The Environments panel

The environments panel will list all the available environments/servers for your company and the workspaces assigned to each server.

First, you will see the server's name, capacity (number of vCPUs and RAM), published version, and whether the server is up and running.

Then, on the right part of each server block, you will see each workspace with the number of projects in it.

The Licenses panel

If you click on “Subscription” > “Licenses,” you will see all the licenses available to your company.

These licenses are defined in the contract you've signed with Milliman, and if you need to increase the number of licenses, simply contact us by mail at europeansoftware@milliman.com or support.mind@milliman.com.

The licenses, which can be Milliman Mind platform licenses or App licenses, have a start date and an end date, as well as a number of available licenses.

If you click on a license line, you will be able to see to whom it is assigned and to manage this assignment.
