Access the Monitoring panel

To access the monitoring panel, as an administrator, you must click on the Features switch and select Monitoring.

Two tabs will be accessible from this Monitoring panel: a Dashboard and a List of active sessions.

Dashboard

The dashboard will give you a quick overview of all your servers and their current state: the number of sessions opened, the RAM and the CPU consumption.

If you click (1) on the left panel on one of the servers, you will be able to see on the right part of the screen the VM capacity (2), as well as a plot showing the server consumption and the number of opened sessions for the past 24h, seven days or 30 days (3).

Another button will allow you to download an availability report for the server for the last 30 days (4).

Active sessions

This window will summarize each of the sessions opened by all the company's users for all the environments.

For each session, you will get the following information:

  • The start date (and if you click on it, the last time you have pinged the server on this session).
  • The session's owner (yourself if you are not an administrator).
  • The workspace of the opened project.
  • The project name (and if you click on it, the session and project unique identifier).
  • The RAM consumption of the project.
  • The CPU usage of the project.

There is also a red button to close the session on the server.
