How do I get Administrator access?
In every Milliman Mind bundle pack, we include an Administrator access right.
It will be automatically assigned to one of your company's users when your accounts are created, depending on the contract signed.
Buy more Administrator licenses
If you want more than one administrator, contact us or your local Milliman office to purchase an additional administrator license.
If you have been granted administrator access, you can manage your company's rights, users, and workspaces, access the company's logs, and use additional tools.
If you cannot access the administration panel with the account you think is the administrator one, please contact us by mail or through the built-in chat.
Access the Administration panel for a company
When you are in the correct environment/company you want to access the Administration panel, simply click the Features switch and select “Administration”.
You will then be redirected to the administration homepage, where you can navigate through your company's different settings.
Grant access to the Milliman Mind support team
At any moment, you can turn off this feature, but we might ask you to turn it back on if you encounter any problem that we may have to solve with you.
Simply go to Settings > Security Settings, then use the second available toggle.
